Walker Preparing Financial Martial Law As We Speak

Wisconsin Martial LawMadison Wisconsin - Wisconsinites, you may want to sit down for this one. Dictator Walker is not yet done destroying our state. Have you heard what the dictator in Michigan is doing? He has rammed a bill through the House and Senate, giving him executive authority to send someone to your town and declare it in a fiscal emergency. Basically, this translates to the state takeover and dismantling of the local government and dissolving the town as you know it to be. And, Scott Walker has the same plans in motion, folks. Could Green Bay soon be recognized as Georgia Pacific? Oh, and by the way Green Bay, should that happen, they could decide that the Packers are expendable. This article at Fighting Bob sounds the alarm and you had better take notice.

In the article, Ed Garvey states the following: "The governor or a newly elected uber comptroller. (I am not making this up.) The secret plan is being prepared by the state's largest law firm, Foley & Lardner, for the Greater Milwaukee Committee, the Bradley Foundation, the governor, and key legislators. There is speculation that Alberta Darling is the Walker point person on this nutty scheme. But, no need to speculate: call Senator Darling's office and ask!" Is there anyone in Darlings district who is now ready to stand up and sign that clipboard? Or are you unhappy with your town's Mayor or local government? Maybe even perhaps the name of it? So much for local identity, right?

Clearly, the Republican's agenda is to privatize everything. I think they took a cue from the NCAAF in naming rights for the bowl games we all watch. How disgusting can these repugnant individuals get? Has someone secretly brainwashed the likes of Walker, Fitzgerald, Darling in Wisconsin? What about that moron, Paul Ryan, in Washington, who thinks a simple chart will fix the entire US economy. Hell, I tried to frame Walkers agenda on a chart and I ran out of room after only four of his cronyism plots!

Has it really come to this in America? Do we really need to fight our State Governments to just do the right thing and not sell off every part of the United States piece by piece? Does our Government believe that we are robots that will just follow their whimsical commands like slaves? Believe it or not, my friends, the worst of this fight is not over. It appears to have only begun.

Fighting Bob also mentions the name of the law firm drawing up these plans for King Walker. "A fancy brochure is almost ready for distribution. Page one has five pictures of happy people, apparently because there is a new Milwaukee County "that is the destination for new businesses, young professionals and tourists." (Really?) And this carrot: "Working together, we can make this bold vision for Milwaukee County a reality." You must read ASAP.

All of this is going to to be spun under the heading "Make It Your Milwaukee County." Check on it at makeityourmilwaukee.com"

Time to save the State Wisconsin. Please share this post on facebook, tweet this, call your Senators, sign those petitions and Get Down to the Capitol! It's time to take back Madison!

Here is an example of what is happening in Michigan this evening:

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Benton Harbor Emergency Manager Takes First Step to Strip Away Rights
Joseph L. Harris issues an order prohibiting all action by all city boards, commissions, authorities and other entities, except as authorized by the emergency manager

CONTACT: Jesse Sipe 517-515-3242

In the wake of a bill that was signed into law with high objection from the people, as it was a bill that threatened local communities, schools, townships, and municipalities, the first order has been officially issued in Benton Harbor.  Joseph L. Harris has used his emergency manager powers to "exercise any power or authority of any office, employee, department, board, commission, or similar entity of the City, whether elected or appointed." In addition, the Emergency Manager has the power to supersede any officer or entity and the power to act on behalf of the city.

"This is sad news for democracy in Michigan.  It comes after the announcement of Robert Bobb in Detroit ordering layoff of every single public school teacher in the Detroit Public School system," says Mark Gaffney, President of Michigan AFL-CIO.  "With the stripping of all power of duly elected officials in Benton harbor and the attack on Detroit school teachers, we can now see the true nature of the Emergency Manager system."

This is a real life instance of taking away our fundamental rights.  In fact, the only thing City Boards, Commissions, Authorities or other entities may do without the approval of an Emergency Manager is to:

1) Call a meeting to order
2) Approve of meeting minutes
3) Adjourn a meeting

Everything else is under the Emergency Manager's control.  These new powers are taking away the will and voice of the people by stripping away the rights of public officials elected by Michiganders.  By exploiting the current crisis situation, these emergency managers are able to ascertain unreasonable rules to completely control a city.  This is a true case of political over-reach, and will simply add to the hardships of an already suffering populace in Michigan.
