Madison -- On Friday afternoon, Politiscoop brought you the story involving an online group that have plans to impersonate those wishing to recall Governor Scott Walker and then sabotage the effort by destroying the signatures collected.  Then yesterday, we brought you the results of our investigation into a few of the facebook group of just two members "Matt Wynns or Matt Lepperd and Will R Jenkins"

You can see from the articles photo that Walker and "Wynns aka Leppered" had their photo taken together and that there was a fundraiser the group attended "Grazing with the Elephants" among other examples of ties to the GOP. Notably in attendance was Rebecca Kleefisch and Scott Fitzgerald, Alberta Darling and the list goes on.

Today we have new information that again brings another member from this group into the fold with ties to the Walker/ GOP machine. In the first article we mentioned a "Charles Atlas Shrugging" as it turns out, Shrugging’s real name is "Charles Brey" (As see in the above Photo with Rebecca Kleefisch).

If we go back in time to when the protests filled the capitol, you might remember the Tea Party planning to have a flash-mob to "Clean-up" the trash. That was another facebook "Event" much like the "Shred the petitions" event, however this time Charles Brey (Shrugging) appeared on "Fox and Friends" (video shown in middle of the blog) to boast about it. As it turned out, there was nothing for them to pick up and they immediately cancelled the event. This group was associated with the Crystal Lake branch of the tea party.

Charles Brey (Shrugging), according to his linkedin profile is employed with the city of Fond Du Lac and an IT security engineer. What his Linkedin profile doesn't say is that he belongs to a Militia known as "The Regulators Anti-Socialism Vigilance Committee", I think the name speaks for itself. As I surfed the website, it seemed as if I was looking through this groups screen grabs from Facebook, very anti Liberal with a disdain towards various races.

Shrugging (Brey), also likes to blog here Chasrants and if you want to see what Mr. Brey does in his spare time, it appears that he followed Walker to the "Conceal Carry" signing as you can see Brey's videos here. If you look through his library of videos, you will see him shooting watermelons with various firearms and seems totally enamored with the destruction, listen closely. I do however warn you that Brey has other videos of him singing. If I were Simon Cowel, I would have to say "Not in a million years".

In all seriousness, Brey also testified at a hearing in favor of conceal and carry and was a very vocal proponent as you can see Brey again on television advocating for Scott Walker here. He actually says "Im not the guy you have to worry about" Notice a pattern here? Brey on Fox and Friends, WISN, attending right wing events and more? Oh he is a regular commenter on the Journal Sentinel pages when articles come out about Scott Walker.

Brey seems to be an awfully busy man when you factor in the time he spends on Facebook harassing democratic supporters, planning to destroy petitions and attending GOP events.  Is it me or does this look to be a full time job? Oh it appears that he also is fond of Scott Fitzgerald, you can see the shot below.

Finally, last night a screen grab was posted on Politiscoops Facebook page, Matt Wynns (Lepperd) stated this about the Vice President of the United States "I want Biden put down first". Today, this group, Wynns, Shrugging, Jenkins and many more started a new Facebook page and this time it is about fear.

The page Recall Info Base seems to be designed to make those circulating petitions fear they are being watched, again, another fear mongering tactic deployed by the GOP.
